Our Salt Cave Halotherapy & Wellness Centre is a natural holistic centre with integrated complementary services that will able to rejuvenate your health and maintain your well-being. We are open to anyone who would like to wish to visit us for our services that we offer which will able to rejuvenate your health and maintain your well-being. We kindly request if you could please communicate or contact with us before you make any booking or wanting to visit us if you’re not clear or wish to have more discussion about specific service(s) we offer. For some service(s) which we offer, we will need know more in depth about your condition(s), expectation(s) or requirement(s) in order to guide you in the best direction for your needs. Additionally, at times we will need to have more information than what you might have declared by booking online on our website yourself. This is because communicating or contacting with us before you make any booking or wanting to visit us as it will avoid any unseen issues or misunderstanding. Even though we advertise that we are open seven days including weekends plus public holidays, booking prior to visit is the best way we operate as if we do not have booking we might not be at work, so before you walk-in for visit kindly communicate with us to avoid any unseen issues or experience. Please be advised that payment will be required to secure your booking. You might have to pay online via New Zealand bank transfer or payment gateway which might accrue surcharge by provider. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you do not take offense when we reach out for this payment. We do not entertain or encourage same day re-booking or cancellations or no show unless it is for legal reasons. A 24-48 hour notice is required depending on your valid reason for re-booking. If notification rebooking is received within the 24-48 hours timeframe, we are happy to reschedule your appointment without any additional costs to you. You will be liable to pay for your booked service full amount if there is a “no show”, or you failed to give us a 24-48 hour notice to re-book or totally cancel booked appointment. If you have paid to secure your booking and wish to cancel no refund will be issues as we do not encourage cancellation for many reasons. Also if you booked in advance and then decide to cancel few days or weeks before booking, please be aware you will need to pay full amount for your booked service as it is not fair in many ways.
